Stephanie Kaufman, Corporate Controller

The selected employee has been chosen by the company’s CEO and is being showcased here at the Fitness Industry’s Media Hub. The Employee Spotlight for the month of May belongs to RedCon1 Corporate Controller Stephanie Kaufman. Join us in congratulating Stephanie and get to know her in this brief Q&A.
What’s your job title at RedCon1 and how long have you been with the company?
My job title is Corporate Controller. I manage all the financials that come through the business; I’ve been here since August of 2017.
Can you give us a short description of your responsibilities?
My responsibilities include all things financial, from payroll to discount approvals to all monies coming in and going out. Here at RedCon we all wear a lot of different hats around the office, so I lend a hand in other departments when I can.
What’s your favorite part about your job?
I really enjoy working for an innovator. This is an exciting time at Redcon1. I love being part of a team that is truly on the forefront of something really big!
What have you learned about yourself since joining the company?
You learn to roll with the punches working in a fast-paced environment like we have here. There isn’t time to second guess decisions. You have to trust in what you’re doing, while everyone around you works together as a team.
Describe your personal fitness goals and how those goals have been impacted by working at Redcon1.
Working around people completely engorged in the fitness industry can’t help but rub off on me. Having a full gym in the lobby of the offices doesn’t hurt either. My main goals are just to feel good and be happy, working here has provided me with all the tools and the inspiration to do it.
Which RedCon1 products are you currently taking?
Fade Out to help me get to sleep at night. Silencer is my favorite fat burner. And I eat an MRE Bar every day. They are delicious. Our products truly work!
What can you share about Redcon1 that most people might not know?
The team at Redcon1 is really special. We are like a family all working together towards one common goal. One of the first things you feel when you walk in this building is a true sense of family.
