Fit Recipe: Fat Free Protein Spinach Dip

It’s that time of year; summertime is here! It’s time for bathing suits, family vacations and BBQ. The good news is we can do it all AND still stay fit and healthy doing it! Today I’m going to give you a recipe for one of my SUPER popular requests! Today we will make a fat free protein spinach dip!

What you will need:

1 container (8oz) fat free sour cream

5 cup frozen chopped spinach

1 container (6oz) fat free cream cheese (softened)

4 tbsp. ranch seasoning

8 tbsp. low sodium worsteshire sauce

10 oz fat free shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup egg whites

Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/4c of fat free cheese.… mix vigorously; you will have to put some muscle into it. Spray a large glass bowl (this will be for baking) so it is WELL covered. Pour mixture into bowl. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the dip. Cook for 45 min. You can serve this hot or cold. Use rice cakes as chips, or you can top chicken or beef with some spinach dip for a gourmet sandwich! The possibilities are endless!!!
