Fit Recipe: Low Carb Nutella Crepes

In the Bambody kitchen today here at Digital Muscle we’re going to spend about 10 min whipping up a delicious high protein, low carb crepe. If your summer is anything like mine, between work, kids, and… well… life,  time is something we don’t have a lot of so every minute counts.

Try carving out just a few extra minutes and make a few of these delicious Quick and Easy Low Carb Nutella Crepes. Trust me on this…..you’ll thank me later.

Here’s what you will need:

Crepes

¾ cup egg whites

1 tbsp. baking powder

1 tbsp. vanilla

3 packets stevia

Nutella

1 scoop Hawt Chocolate Beauty Whey (you can use code stef20 for discount)

2-3 tbsp. unsweetened cashew milk

Heat medium skillet on stove over medium high heat. Mix all crepe ingredients in ninja blender  (you can mix it by hand, I just put everything in the ninja because ninja is life.) Once skillet is hot pour batter and let cook until you see tiny little bubbles forming.  With a LARGE spatula, flip crepe.  Cook another 1-2 min.  Remove from pan and place on a plate in the refrigerator and let it cool. (you can eat this hot, however I think it tastes better cold.)

In a small mug, mix Nutella ingredients. This mixture should be THICK.  Spread over inside of crepe.  Eat as is or roll up and eat! You can also add strawberries, peanut butter, whatever your heart (and diet) allow!!! ENJOY and make sure you come back next time for another super delish fit recipe!!!
