Fit Recipe: Protein Pumpkin Pie

It’s almost that time again; well, not really… but kind of!!!! Pumpkin EVERYTHING time! I don’t know about you, but I’ve been singing holiday songs, wearing my Mrs. Clause apron, and filling the house with fall scents since, well, March! This week starts the official introduction of our fall fit recipes; and I, for one, am SO EXCITED!!!!

This protein pumpkin pie is a super easy and quick recipe that I invented just for YOU! I hope you love it just as much as I do!

What you will need:

1 cup pumpkin

½ cup egg whites

1 tbsp Stevia

1 tbsp baking powder

½ scoop BeautyFit Vegan Protein

1 tbsp vanilla extract

A few squirts of sugar free maple syrup

6 wonton wraps

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray non-stick cupcake pan with cooking spray.  Line cupcake pans with 1 wonton wrap.  Mix all ingredients in blender.  Distribute mixture evenly among 6 cupcake tins.  Top with a few drizzles of maple syrup. Bake in oven for 15-17 min.  THAT’S FREAKING IT!!!!!

Now you have 6 individual Pumpkin pies…. Ready for the best part? Only 45 calories per serving!!!! Depending on your nutritional needs, you could very possibly eat them all. That’s my kind of serving… till next time ya’ll!
