Hey Ya’ll! Welcome back for another healthy, DELICIOUS recipe! If you’ve been following, you know how much I freaking LOVE breakfast (any time of day). If you’re new here, be sure to check out some of the other fit recipes that I’ve shared so far. Today we’re making some delicious, fluffy pancakes! Heck yeah!!!
If you’re like me, now you can have pancakes for breakfast, waffles for dinner, and look fantastic while indulging! You know, I’m just here making dreams come true!
What you will need:
½ cup oatmeal
½ cup cottage cheese (this is the key fluffy ingredient a lot of people forget!)
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp. beautyfit beauty vegan protein (vanilla)
28g Lilly’s stevia chips
4 packets stevia
1 tbsp. baking powder
Mix all ingredients in ninja until a batter is created. I use the perfect pancake maker to make these, but you can just put these in a medium skillet if you don t have the perfect pancake.
Pro Tip: I use the perfect pancake maker so I can make it into 4 little pancakes because…. VOLUME ya’ll! And try crumbling up a BamBody brownie and sprinkle on top for added protein AND then drizzle with some Walden’s farm chocolate syrup. O…M…G!!!
Pour batter into perfect pancake or skillet. Cook on medium heat approximate 1 min. Sprinkle in Chocolate chips. flip and cook another minute or so.
