So who is a chocolate lover… MEEEEE!!!!! In the Bambody Kitchen today we are making a special healthy brownie…. YES! That’s right!!! There is such a thing as a healthy brownie! I have so many different variations of decadent, chocolatey treats to share with ya’ll… today though, we make a perfectly delicious brownie.

What you will need:

  • 1.5 cup lily’s dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1c light n fit Greek yogurt (vanilla)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup stevia or 20 squirts better stevia chocolate stevia
  • 3/4c oat flour (or oatmeal blended)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray brownie pan with olive oil spray.  Melt coconut oil and ¾ cup of chocolate chips in microwave.  In another bowl place all other ingredients EXCEPT the remaining amount of chocolate chips.  Pour liquefied coconut oil mixture into a dry other bowl.  Stir until creating a batter like consistency.  Pour batter into brownie pan.  Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.  Bake in oven for 17-21 min.

PRO TIP: I always set the timer for 15 min and check every minute or so after because I like them just barely done.
