Fit Recipe: Protein Fudge!

From the Kitchen of

Hey ya’ll! So… who’s been enjoying my low carb waffles for every meal of the day??? If you aren’t, and have no idea what I am talking about, make sure you take a look back at the “low carb waffle recipe” from last week!

What do you do when you’ve been so good all day, but now it’s night and the sweet craving strikes in full force? This is the moment that can ruin all of your hard work! Why is it that our drive and will power is so strong during the day, but when the evening falls, all of our ambitions fly out the window!!!

Well, have no fear! Here’s a quick and easy recipe for protein fudge that will surely satisfy that sweet craving and keep you on track for crushing those fitness goals.

What you will need:

6 unsweetened baking squares

4 stevia packets (more or less depending on how sweet you like it)

1 scoop beautyfit beauty vegan chocolate

1/3 cup almond milk

1 tbsp. peanut butter

Line cupcake pan with 6 cupcake papers. Melt unsweetened cocoa squares in the microwav (all microwaves are different but usually between 60-90 seconds will do it). Be ready because this next part you need to move quickly while the chocolate is HOT. Add all other ingredients. Mix vigorously until all mixture is smooth and thick. You may need to add a little more almond milk to help the fudge mix. Distribute evenly among 4 cupcakes (you can fill more or less to adjust serving size). Freeze for 2-4 hours before enjoying and let it sit out for a few minutes to thaw just a tiny bit (or just microwave for approx. 10 secs if you can’t wait that long)
